Thank you for your interest in sharing your content with Love For Our Elders. We’re honored to celebrate the incredible love and kindness you bring to seniors around the world.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain how we may use the content you choose to share with us ("User Content"). By submitting content to us via our website, email, form, or other means, you agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Love For Our Elders, our affiliates, licensees, and representatives (“we” or “us”) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, display, publish, distribute, translate, and create derivative works from your User Content in any format or media, now known or developed later.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, printed materials, presentations, and other promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.

2. Your Responsibilities

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

  • You own or have permission to share the User Content and grant us the rights described above.

  • Anyone identifiable in the content has given their consent for it to be shared and used publicly.

  • The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

  • The content does not contain anything defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation in connection with our use of your User Content. We may credit you when appropriate, but are not required to do so.

4. Privacy & Personal Information

We only collect personal information (such as your name or contact details) that you choose to share with us when submitting your content. We use this information solely to support our mission — for example, to credit your submission or follow up if needed. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to use your content as described in these Terms (such as displaying your name with your photo or video).

If you ever want us to remove your content or personal information from our materials, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Right to Remove or Decline Use

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not use or to remove User Content at any time for any reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Love For Our Elders and our representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to our use of your User Content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version on our website with the date of the latest revision. Your continued submission of User Content after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
