Thank you for your interest in sharing your content with Love For Our Elders. We’re honored to celebrate the incredible love and kindness you bring to seniors around the world.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you grant us permission to use content you’ve created, including photos, videos, stories, or other materials (“Content”). By submitting content to us via our website, social media, email, form, or other means, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Love For Our Elders, along with our affiliates, licensees, partners, and representatives (“we” or “us”) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit, modify, adapt, publicly display, publish, distribute, translate, and create derivative works from your Content, in any format and on any platform– now or in the future.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, printed materials, presentations, and other promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.

2. Your Responsibilities

By submitting Content, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to share the Content.

  • You own the Content or have full rights to share it and grant us the rights described in these Terms.

  • Anyone identifiable in the Content has given permission for their image and likeness to be used and shared publicly.

  • The Content does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).

You understand that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation related to our use of your Content. While we may credit you by name or username when appropriate, we are not required to do so.

We only collect personal information (such as your name or contact details) that you voluntarily provide when submitting your Content. We use this information solely to support our mission — for example, to credit you or follow up about your submission.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties, except as necessary to use your Content under these Terms (e.g., displaying your name with your photo or video).

If you ever want us to remove your Content or personal information from our materials, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Our Right to Remove or Decline Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Love For Our Elders and its affiliates, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of our use of your Content.
